International Competencies

Overview:

Our partner, WorldWork Ltd, is an organisation specializing in the creation of tools to support managers and other professionals involved in transferring their skills to unfamiliar cultural contexts. Their in depth and ongoing research in to the attitudes, skills and areas of knowledge which people need in a range of international contexts has defined an International Competency Set. This has been used as a basis for a number of profiling instruments such as the International Profiler - a psychometric questionnaire that provides individuals with structured feedback on how they perform against the International Competency Set.

We are licensed to use this and other WorldWork instruments, and to train/advise others in their use.
